Who processes the data

What this website collects itself

This website has no contact form, no comments and no user accounts. We measure visits with two tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and shows which pages visitors came from; it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Google Analytics additionally shows how visitors move between pages, and for that it sets a cookie.

The Google Analytics code loads on every page, but it sets a cookie only once you have accepted on the cookie bar. Until you have chosen, and also if you decline, all that reaches Google is a cookie-free notice that the page was opened. It cannot be used to recognise you or to link your repeat visits together. Google does see your IP address and derives an approximate location from it, but it does not store the IP address itself.

We use no marketing or advertising cookies, and Google's advertising features are switched off. When a page is opened, a technical record that includes your IP address reaches our hosting provider's log; it is used only to keep the service running and secure.

Booking an appointment

Behind the booking calendar is Hammas, the clinic's treatment management software, provided by Innovaatik OÜ. Requests that show free time slots go through our proxy server and do not contain your personal data.

You fill in your name and contact details when confirming the booking, on Innovaatik's own secure page. This data goes directly to the clinic's booking system and does not pass through our website. We use booking data to arrange your appointment and to remind you of it.

Cookies

The only cookie this website causes on your device is the Google Analytics one, and even that only with your consent. Here is everything you come into contact with:

• The Google Analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_… appear only after you have accepted on the cookie bar. They tell a repeat visit apart from a first one and expire after two years. If you decline, we delete these cookies.
• Your own choice about the cookie bar is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Without it the bar would ask again every time you open a page. That record stays on your device and never reaches us.
• The map on the home page comes from Google Maps. The map does not load on its own: it opens only once you press the “Open map” button. Only at that point can Google set cookies on your device.
• On the booking page, the booking calendar loads its code from Innovaatik's server, because the calendar does not work without it.
• To measure traffic, every page loads the Cloudflare Web Analytics script from a Cloudflare server. That script sets no cookies.

You can change your choice at any time. The button opens the cookie bar again.

Treatment and health data

Health data created during treatment is a separate matter and this website does not cover it. It is processed under the rules for providing healthcare services. If you want to know what data the clinic holds about your treatment, contact the clinic.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and in certain cases to demand that data be deleted or that its processing be restricted. To do this, contact the clinic using the contact details given above. If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
