We listen to the patient’s concerns and needs, take a dental X-ray and evaluate the oral hygiene condition of the patient. Upon patient’s needs, we then develop a dental treatment plan.

Crowns and Bridges – fixed dentures
A perfect solution for damaged or missing teeth may be a porcelain crown, bridge or an implant. Because crowns and bridges are cemented in, they offer the perfect long-term solution for many patients.
Crowns or veneers are placed also when the teeth are esthetically not satisfactory – their shape, color, position need to be changed and beautiful smile created. This is called cosmetic dentistry.
We may recommend a crown if your tooth is fractured, a filling is deteriorated, to protect a root canalled tooth, or as a cosmetic solution for chipped, or discolored teeth. Bridges are an excellent, long term solution to replace missing teeth. Crowns and bridges are made of porcelain, no metal is used. Temporary crowns are from plastic.
3D digital dentistry
We are working with Sirona Cerec 3D system ( CAD/CAM – computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) which allows the treatment during one visit. The crown will be manufactured beside the dental chair, whole process takes around 1,5 hours. The price of this crown is slightly cheaper than conventionally made crowns. Please look further
Complete or partial dentures can replace your missing teeth and give you the confidence to smile. Dentures can be used to replace teeth that have been lost due to trauma, decay, or gum disease. It is important to replace missing teeth, not only because teeth help with eating food, but because they help support the facial muscles and are critical for speech.
There are two different types of removable full dentures; immediate and conventional. Immediate dentures are typically made when the patient’s existing natural teeth are being removed and the new dentures are delivered the day of the extractions.
Conventional dentures are typically made when existing dentures are being replaced. Dentures are made from plastic and metal.
A partial denture is a removable dental appliance that replaces multiple missing teeth. It can be attached to the teeth with clasps, which are like small metal “c” clamps that hug nearby teeth, or may be attached to teeth with crowns with precision attachments (hidden clasps). Both types typically have a metal framework and plastic teeth and gum areas. A temporary partial dental may have a plastic base with no metal.
We make also soft partial dentures which are more flexible than regular plastic dentures, these are suitable for patients with only some missing teeth.
Dental implants are an option in some cases. There needs to be sufficient bone for an implant. If there is not enough bone present, we may be able to add more bone through grafting.
Implants can replace the single missing tooth, support a bridge or removable prosthesis.
After the implants are placed and the bone around them is allowed to heal, porcelain teeth are attached to the implants. In this case, a three tooth bridge is placed on top of the two implants. This stays in the mouth and is only removable by a dental professional if maintenance is necessary
